| 摘 要： | 许多英语植物词不仅具有丰富的文化内涵意义，而且在人类美化语言表达的过程中扮演着重要的角色。结合例子从植物的外部特征、植物的性能以及民族文化等三个方面对英语植物词的文化义来源进行分析；同时，探讨英语植物词与不同修辞手法连用时在语言表达中所获得的修辞效果，有助于我们更好地了解和使用英语植物词。
