| 摘 要： | 公共事业管理专业的开设有其独特的社会背景和理论背景,并与相关学科有着一定的联系和区别。目前我国高校公共事业管理专业在发展过程中存在着一系列的问题,具体表现为人才培养目标定位模糊、师资力量薄弱、实践性教学环节薄弱、定量分析能力差等。解决这些问题,需要从明确专业理论内涵、准确定位培养目标、加强专业课程设置建设以及加强师资队伍建设等方面入手。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the specialty of public enterprises management has the especial social and academic contexts,and it is not only related to,but different from some other disciplines.At present,however,there exist a series of questions in developing the specialty of public enterprises management in institutions of higher learning in our country,such as the uncertain orientation of personnel training objectives,the inadequate teaching staff, the week practice teaching,the poor quantitative analysis ability on the part of students.To solve these problems,it is important to make definite the theories concerning the specialty,correctly orient the training objectives,and strengthen the construction of the curriculum and the teaching staff. |
