| 摘 要： | 我国对抗通胀的货币政策工具主要是法定存款准备金率和贷款基准利率。从货币主义视角对存款准备金率和贷款基准利率的效能进行了评析，认为货币政策对抗通胀的效能非常有限，同时揭示了货币政策效能低下背后的实质问题，提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | China’s major monetary policy tools,which are used to fight against inflation,are the statutory deposit reserve ratio and benchmark lending rate.The efficiency of the statutory deposit reserve ratio and benchmark lending rate is commented by this thesis from the perspective of monetarism.This thesis considers that the efficiency of monetary policy to fight against inflation is very limited.At the same time,this thesis reveals the substantive issues behind the low efficiency of monetary policy,and gives some recommendations. |
