| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国服务业利用外资水平日益提高，但是对其动因的研究却相对落后，由于服务业的特殊性，传统FDI理论对服务业FDI解释效果并不理想。旨在分析影响服务业FDI规模的因素，利用实证的方法对服务业FDI的若干动因逐一做出分析，并对实证的结果进行了经济学解释和政策建议。
