| 摘 要： | 文章作者通过认真学习、贯彻科学发展观与十七大、十八大会议精神和对中国特色社会主义总体布局的深入思考，以及对社会主要矛盾的深化认识，提出了以经济建设为首、六位一体的协调建设是对经济社会建设中不协调问题冷静思考的理论总结，提供了缓解社会基本矛盾、促进中国特色社会主义建设的新框架，论证了以经济建设为中心走向“以经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明、科技协调建设为重心”的必要性．并指出这种动态的变化是国际共识，有助于实现“中国梦”。

| Abstract: | By implementing the scientific development outlook and studying the essence of the 17th and lath Congresses of CPC, it is proposed that economic construction should come first, and coordinative construction should be applied to ease the main social contradiction and to promote the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The necessity is pointed out for the change of focus on economic construction to the ＂focus on coordinative construction of economy, politics, culture, society, ecological civilization and scientific technology＂, which is commonly recognized as being helpful to the actualization of ＂Chinese Dreams＂. |
