| 摘 要： | 理想道德人格的培养是学校德育的重要内容,但就目前大学生的道德人格现状来看并不乐观。大学生道德教育仍然存在着传统的灌输式的教育缺陷,应该从大学生自身的特点出发,研究新的培养方法：提升大学生的道德认识能力;引导大学生不断提高需求的层次;培养大学生对公共伦理的敬重心。

| Abstract: | Ideal moral personality development is an important part of moral education in schools,but the moral personality of the current status of university students does not seem optimistic.Educational defects of traditional indoctrination-type still exist in the moral education of university students.New training methods should be studied from the characteristics of students themselves： enhancing the students＇ understanding ability of morality;guiding students to constantly improve the level of demand;training students harboring respect for public ethics. |
