教师职业专业化与我国师范教育

摘    要:教师职业伴随着师范教育的诞生、发展不断发生变革,逐步形成专业化的特征。根据国际国内师范教育历史发展的经验和教训,我国要加强教师专业化,须提高教师的学历标准,开放培养体系,优化课程结构,实现师资培养、培训的一体化。

Abstract:With the emergence and development of normal education, teachers' vocation has transformed constantly and formed the feature of professionalization gradually. On the basis of the experiences and lessons of the normal education development, China must raise the teachers' education level, open the teachers' training system, improve the schooling curriculum structure, accelerate the alliance of teachers' cultivation and training, so that we can enhance the teachers, professionalization.
