| 摘 要： | 秦帝国政治模式的主要特征是,唯物化的政治意识,君主至尊的政治心态,权力专断的政治思路。促成这一政治模式的环境条件是国家的统一。这一政治模式产生了双重效果:行政的高效与政治的迅速崩溃。唯物化的政治意识与权力专断的政治思路、高效的政治机制成正比,而与依法行政、社会和谐成反比。
