| 摘 要： | 政府信用总是贯穿在政府公共管理活动及其过程之中。从空间视角看，政府信用表现在一切公共管理活动之中，政府均应遵守信用原则，主要包括政治信用、经济信用、文化教育信用、医疗卫生信用等方面；从时间视角看，政府信用表现在政府公共管理活动的过程之中，主要有信用决策、信用执行、信用监督、失信补救和惩罚机制等内容；从政府信用的保障机制看，主要有依法行政，严格履行政府职能，按流程办事，信息公开等。

| Abstract: | Government credit is always impenetrated among the process of government public administrative activity. From spacial angle of view, government credit includes of political credit, eco nomic credit, cultural and educational credit, medical and sanitation credit. We may discuss the credit of the process of government public administrative activity from time angle of view which include of decision-making credit, performing credit, monitoring credit, mechanism of remediation and punishment of breaking faith. We also discuss the mechanism and measure of guarantee of government credit which include of administrating according to law, carrying out strictly government function, administrating according to process, opening information. |
