| 摘 要： | 现代化目标是由一系列指标构成,这些指标已形成国际公认标准。一个地方要实现基本现代化,必须构建出既符合国际标准,又有本地特色的现代化指标,由此才能找到差距,明确奋斗目标。文章通过对南通实现基本现代化指标体系构建的基本原则与内容的研究,提出了南通实现基本现代化目标的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | The goal of modernization consists of a series of indexes,which have been recognized by international rules.Only by constructing standards meeting international standards and making characteristic indexes of modernization suitable to local places can the gap be found and the goal specified as well.After the study of the basic principles and the contents of the index system of Nantong Modernization,the vectors and methods of helping Nantong realize modernization are put forward in the article. |
