无孔中空玻璃点支式幕墙的性能及经济性分析

摘    要:针对我国三类不同气候条件地区中已设计应用的工程,研究了无孔中空玻璃点支式幕墙体系的结构构造、力学性能、节能原理、节材特点,并对该种幕墙体系进行了经济性分析:与有孔体系相比,综合单价下降15%左右;与同厚度的单层玻璃体系相比,可降低能耗50%左右。因此,推广应用该幕墙体系可节约工程建设成本,长期使用具有良好的节能收益。

Abstract:Based on the existing engineering projects in three different-climate regions in China, the pointsupported curtain wall system with no-hole hollow glasses has been researched in such aspects as structure design, mechanics characteristics, energy-saving principle and material- saving features. Moreover, economy analysis of this curtain wall system has been developed: it costs approximately less 15% than the system with holes, and consumes as about 50% energy as the mono-layer glass system. Therefore, popularization and application of this system can save invest during construction and gain sound energy-saving benefit during using process.
