| 摘 要： | 根据历史资料统计概括出行业技术成果数占当时成果总数的比例，占比例最大的行业技术群就是值兴技术群。值兴技术群不是固定不变的，它有自己的形成与转移规律。分析值兴技术的形成与转移规律及有关因素，能为技术论研究、技术预测、技术管理提供一些全新的见解。

| Abstract: | The essay has figured out the ratio that the technological achievements of a certain industry account for in the total achievements of technology of the time. Among the technololgy industries, the one holding the greatest share is called advanced technology industry. This kind of technology is variable and which has its own process of formation and transfer. The author has analyzed the factors of the technology itself causing such a particular process, and he has also analyzed sactors concerning science, economy, society and its form. The analysis can, to some extend, provide entirely new theoretical ideas for the research of technological theory and management. |
