| 摘 要： | 需求分析和范围管理是软件项目开发过程中十分重要的工作，也是项目最终能够取得成功的基础。明确的需求、准确的项目范围控制和高水平的管理可以减少项目开发过程中不必要的麻烦。本文主要阐述了在软件项目需求分析和范围管理过程中的一些基本思路、方法和需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Requirement analysis and scope management play an important role in software project development, and they are also the foundation in which the project could finally succeed. Clear requirement, accurate project scope management and high quality control could release unnecessary troubles in development project. This article mainly states some basic concepts and analytical method in requirement analysis and scope management. |
