| Abstract: | Targeting at higher vocational colleges with weak information technology infrastructure, zes their traditional cost structure, utilization and cost-utility of IT resources, discusses the cost public cloud if accessible, and explores appropriate IT strategies for rapid development based on this paper analy- analysis model of actual cases. |
