| Abstract: | We are liable to achieve modernization of library in the western undeveloped region early and reduce the disparity between our library and those in developed region, through the application of ILAS system in our library and acknowledgement of situation about other library. So, first of all, we must improve the quality of librarian comprehensively, after that, we can provide the high service for the western region development, as well as, be qualified for the future task. |
