| 摘 要： | 职务犯罪是严重的腐败行为，也是典型的腐败形式。如何采取有效的手段和对策来控制和预防职务犯罪，越来越成为明智的政府执政治国的重要内容和有识之士关注的重要课题。文章就从职务犯罪的含义、性质界定以及根源、危害、特征及其表象分析入手，深入探讨了职务犯罪的预防和控制。

To take effective means to control and prevent this crime has become an increasingly urgent issue for wise national governments and foresightful people. This article deals with the definition, nature, the root cause, harms, characteristics and symptoms of power abusing and deliberates on its prevention and control. |
