| 摘 要： | 庆阳市爱区位条件、环境承载压力、经济基础等因素制约，长期经济发展缓慢，在甘肃省属于经济社会发展较为滞后的地区，但近十年来经济发展发生了明显转变，获得了较快的增长。在新的历史发展机遇下，客观分析其经济增长动因、竞争力和结构特点，准确评价经济增长的质量，对适时选择培育主导产业、优化产业结构、提升经济发展质量，推动经济持续快速发展具有重大意义。使用偏离一份额分析法，利用2000年和2007年甘肃省与庆阳市经济发展资料，以甘肃省作为参照区域，从三次产业、农业、工业三个层面分析了庆阳市各经济部门的发展基础和增长状况，对该区域经济增长竞争力和结构特点进行了总体评价，提出了相应的产业发展对策。
