| 摘 要： | t《辛丑条约》签订以后，为了摆脱日益严重的内外危机，重塑自己在臣民中的权威，清政府实施“新政”，开启了中国社会走向初步现代化之路。在此背景下，体育课程进入女子学堂，女性开始接受师范教育并参与校际运动会，越来越多的女性藉此开始追求身心的解放，争取自由，宣泄个性，体现出了民主、平等、公平的竞争精神，标志着妇女地位的提高和参与体育意识的增强，现代中国妇女体育之路从这里起步。

| Abstract: | After the signing of the 1901 treaty, in order to get rid of the increasing crisis inside and outside and rebuild its authority among people, the Qing Dynasty implemented ＂new policies＂ which started the road to primary modernization in China. Under this background, physical education curriculum introduced into women schools. Women began to accept physical education and participate in inter-school sports meeting. More and more women began to pursue the liberation of body and mind, to fight for freedom, to give vent to their personality, which reflected women＇s competitive spirit of democracy, equality and justice, and marked the advancement of women＇s status and the awareness of participation in sports. The way of modern Chinese women＇s sports started from here. |
