| 摘 要： | 在当前，整个市场信用体系还不完善。信用秩序较为混乱，失信行为屡见不鲜，法律制度无法配套，这些严重影响了我国经济的运作和发展。企业作为市场主体的重要组成部分，企业信用状况直接影响到整个社会信用体系建设。当前企业信用缺失的问题较普遍，探究企业信用法律制度建设的现状。从而在企业破产制度的完善、企业信用评估制度的健全、失信惩戒制度的建立等方面提出建立和完善我国企业信用法律制度建设的法律对策。

| Abstract: | At present, the whole market credit system is not perfect. Credit order hasn't been established. Behavior that breaks promises often occurs .The legal system hasn't been set up correspondingly. All of these have negatively affected the operation and development of China's economic development. Enterprises are the important component of the market participants, the credit condition of which influences the whole social credit system construction directly. However, the problem that most enterprises lack credit is common at present. So it is the significance of this selected theme to deal with how to perfect enterprise's bankruptcy system, how to improve enterprise's credit appraisal system and how to establish punishment system towards breaking-promise behavior by probing into the current situation of enterprise's credit legal system. Legal countermeasures are then put forward in this paper to the construction and improvement of China's enterprise's credit legal system. |
