| 摘 要： | 本文从分析加强研究生教学模式改革、培养拔尖创新人才的必要性入手,分析总结了浙江大学文科类研究生示范性课程建设实践中所构建的以建构主义教学理念为指导、以创新人才培养为基本目标、以师生关系转变为核心、以教师团队互动式教学为主要教学方式、以激发研究生的内在学习动机为主要手段、以多媒体网络教学为辅助的多位一体的研究生团队教学模式,认为这对于我们改革和完善研究生教学培养模式、促进高层次拔尖创新人才培养具有积极借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The thesis begins with analyzing the necessity of reforming teaching model of graduates and cultivating outstanding in-novative talents ,then focuses on the development of humanity demonstration courses at Zhejiang University and takes it as an example to elaborate and summarize a team teaching model of graduates which aims to stimulate inner learning motivation of graduates and cultivate outstanding innovative talents.The model is characterized by constructivism teaching idea ,new relations between teachers and students ,interactive teaching method and Net Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction （NMCAI）.The practice and the model will be meaningful for us to improve the teaching model of graduates and cultivate outstanding innovative talents. |
