| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展需要女教师在学校的政治和各项事务中参与和行使权利,女教师的发展也迫切要求与其相适应的权力参与.但现实情况是,高校女教师在参政方面与社会各行业相比还有一定的差距.分析和研究影响高校女教师参政的原因,提出相应的解决办法,具有一定的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The development of higher education in colleges and universities needs their female-teachers to participate in all kinds of political affairs and other general affairs and to exercise their rights.On the other hand,the expansion of female-teachers also needs proper right participation.But as a matter of fact,in contrast with all trades and professions,the female-teachers in colleges and universities still have a long way to go in participating in government and political affairs.It will be sure to have its practical and immediate significance to analyze and study the reasons,which influence female-teachers in colleges and universities to participate in government and political affairs and to put forward relevant solutions. |
