| 摘 要： | 开放、迅捷、多元的微博具有引导和释疑功能,对法学教育,特别是对法律文书教学具有重要意义。教师将教学重点用精炼的语言发布在微博与学生分享,学生通过关注微博、微博评价、微博私信实现课后自主学习。
