| 摘 要： | 电大开放教育招生的生源竞争日趋激烈，并出现下滑趋势。本文通过对新生问卷调查的分析，从客观上搞清生源下滑的原因，结合天津电大的实际情况，提出相应的对策建议：重视职前教育并与就业指导结合；注重宣传可信度与持续性；农村生源是重点开发的领域；加强对专科在校生的招生宣传；多方面发挥电大优势突出特色。

| Abstract: | The enrollment work in open education has been seriously challenged and with the more importance attached to the education by the society there has been a tendency of decline. The article based on the questionnaire of the new students and the current situation of Tianjin Radio ＆ TV University objectively analyzed the reason of the decline and presented the correlative countermeasures and proposals. The diversity and superiority of RTVU should be enhanced by the combination of pre-service training and the directions for the employment, the reliability and durative of advertising, the development of rural areas for students and the improvement of enrollment of post-secondary students of the university. |
