| 摘 要： | 领导力是一种合力,是领导者影响追随者并相互作用而产生共同思想与行为的能力。本文结合电大开放教育对教师领导力的要求,提出了增强电大开放教育教师领导力的相关建议,以有效提高电大教育教师水平,更好的为电大开放教育教学和管理服务。
