| 摘 要： | 随着“一村一名大学生计划”试点在天津市的实施,郊区县农民就学的学生数逐渐增多。2004年秋参加北辰区电大“一村一名大学生计划”农村行政管理专业学习的学员107名,2005年春28人。其中20岁以下10人,20—30岁65人,30—40岁54人,45岁以上6人,年龄最大的52岁,最小的18岁。2004年

| Abstract: | There are many reasons for the plan of"One Village One College Student"for the farmers in the suburbs of Tianjin,which is encouraged not only by the preferable learning conditions but the individual desire for the education and the need of economic developments from the society.The article explains in eight aspects the changes in learning methods and conditions,compared with the practical developments of economy in the suburbs of Tianjin. |
