| 摘 要： | 网络多媒体课件是学生提高学习效果的一种有效的方式，如果缺少对网络多媒体课件进行评价和管理，则会造成课件资源质量低、学习效果差。本文通过对网络课件的特点和专家意见的分析，提出了课件评价的指标、步骤和方法，论述了课件评价的意义，以模糊数学作为工具，建立了对网络多媒体课件评价模型，通过应用，提高了学生的学习效果，改善了网络教学环境，节省了网络资源。

| Abstract: | Network multimedia courseware is an effective way of improving learning efficiency, but low quality of courseware resources and poor learning result will be caused by lack of evaluation and management of network multimedia courseware. The article presents some indexes, procedures and methods for the courseware evaluation on the basis of characteristics of network multimedia courseware. It also brings forward an evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematical technique and by using the model in practice it is proved that students＇ learning and educational environment can be improved and network resources can be costeffective. |
