| 摘 要： | 我国正在加快实施转变经济发展方式的战略任务,为了适应经济转型对人力资源配置的更高要求,作为高素质"产业大军"的主要输出单位,高职院校必须加大学生关键能力的培养力度,提高毕业生的综合职业素质和能力。本文试图从"生生互动"、"师生互动"、"师徒互动"、"师师互动"和"校企互动"等五个方面来构建高职学生关键能力培养的互动模式,以求更好地培养高职学生关键能力,进而促进广东经济社会的可持续快速发展。

| Abstract: | China is speeding up implementation of the strategic task of economic transformation development pattern.In order to meet the higher requirements of human resources distribution,as a main output unit of high quality industrial force,vocational colleges must strengthen the students’ key competence cultivation and improve the graduates’ comprehensive career quality and competence.From such five relationships as "student-student","teacher-student","master-apprentice","master-master",and "school-enterprise ",this paper intends to construct the interactive mode of vocational students’ key competence cultivation,so as to better train the vocational students’ key competence and thus promote the sustainable development of Guangdong economic society. |
