| 摘 要： | 以热电阻炉温控制为对象。提出一种集成设计的新方法。采用与热电阻Pt100配套的专用集成信号调理器AD693进行前置信号处理。采用AT90CAN128单片机为控制系统核心，完成数字信号分析、计算，控制信息输入输出，协调个部分工作。采用专家系统控制算法，对被控对象进行在线自整定，智能调节PID参数。
