| Abstract: | The University journal is a windows for the integrative reflecting of university scientific level.The journal editor must consider some problems such as how to build up a flag in the journal of full of beautiful things in eyes,and confirm characteristic column,and make a good machination of selective subjects.It is incumbent on responsibility and obligation for every journal editor to think these problems. |
