| 摘 要： | 目前,农村小规模学校虽然已成为最为薄弱的学校群体,但仍有其存在的价值。制约其发展的因素主要有学校经费紧缺、生源减少、教师队伍素质偏低等。据此,教育部门应采取重在改造的方针,加大政府对农村义务教育的投入,抓好小班教学,完善内部管理体制以及办好家长学校等,以促进我国农村小规模学校实现又好又快地发展。
