| 摘 要： | 为了解河南省高校教师亚健康及其体育锻炼现状,在对河南省高校教师的亚健康现状和体育锻炼相关因素调查的基础上,就体育锻炼相关因素对高校教师亚健康发生率的影响进行了研究。结果显示:河南省高校中有59.18%的教师处于亚健康状态;经常参加体育锻炼的教师占44.63%,其亚健康发生率明显低于不经常参加体育锻炼的教师;锻炼周数、锻炼时间、锻炼频度、锻炼强度、锻炼项目数量是影响河南省高校教师亚健康发生率的主要因素。
