| 摘 要： | 针对独立医学院校的特殊性,以国家和社会对复合型人才需求的办学理念为指导思想,创建了体医结合培养复合型人才的特色体育教学模式并进行了实验研究。结果表明,体医结合复合型人才培养特色模式在全面提高学生身体素质的同时培养了如预备医生、预备教师或预备研究人员的能力。不但为学生的就业拓展了空间,而且在维护大众健康、预防亚健康、减少疾病、解决群众看病难看病贵等方面提供了人力资源保障,充分体现了独立医学院校面向大众健康服务的办学特色。
