参与式学习的本土适应性分析

摘    要:参与式教师培训中倡导的参与式学习是一种体验式学习。它倡导学习过程中学习者的积极参与和合作精神。由于它很好地调动了学习者的积极性,凸显了学习者在学习中的主体地位,受到了很多培训者的推崇。但作为一种新型的学习方式,在中国如何实现本土化,却是一个非常棘手的问题。

Abstract:Participation-based learning advocated in the participation-based teacher training is a kind of experiencing learning,which initiates the learner's spirit of active participation and cooperation in the course of learning and is well received by many trainers because it arouses learner's enthusiasm and highlights learner's status as the subject.However,it is a sticky problem how to localize the new learning style.Due to the traditional cultural influence,both the participants and trainers will have to experience the local appropriateness while carrying out the participation-based training.
