| 摘 要： | 社会教育是教育领域内一个不容忽视的课题 ,应该和学校教育一样并存并重。然而长期以来人们却忽视对社会教育的研究与落实 ,以致于在社会实践和教育实践领域内出现了许多问题与矛盾。从社会教育的历史来看 ,办教育不能重学校而轻教化 ,厚人才而薄民心。应重新给社会教育定位 ,发展社会教育的理论与事业。
