摘    要:人本主义理论强调人的内心世界的重要性,它将人的思想、情感和情绪置于个体心理发展的前沿地位。它认为,教育不应该仅仅是对知识的传递,更应注重个体的全面发展。合作学习是将心理学、社会学等众多理论与教学实际相结合而产生的一种教学模式。它主要通过促进学习者心理及其主体意识两方面的发展,为全人教育创造条件。这一模式对我国当今的教学实践很有启发。

Abstract:Humanistic theory emphasizes the importance of human inner world and places human thought, feeling and emotion into the front position of individual psychological development. It thinks that education should not only transfer knowledge but also pay attention to the all-round development of individuals. Cooperative learning is a teaching mode to connect such theories as psychology and sociology with teaching practice and creates conditions for complete human education mostly by promoting learners' psychology and their subject consciousness. This mode plays a great role in enlightening China's teaching practice nowadays.
