| 摘 要： | 《联邦职业教育法》是德国职业教育界的最高法律。研究《联邦职业教育法》对深层次了解德国职业教育具有重大的借鉴意义,一方面可以从该法律的规定上了解德国行会对职业教育的贡献,另一方面可以明确对经济和社会发展具有极大作用的职业教育在德国的法律地位和基本框架。
