摘    要:教师文化是作为教师这一职业群体而言所具有的共有的观念与行为,是教师群体在共同的学校教育环境里,在教育教学活动中形成与发展起来的价值观念和行为方式。教师文化作为社会文化的一个独特成分,具有与其他社会文化不同的自身独有的一些特征。20世纪80年代以来,新的教师专业发展面临着教师文化的再造问题,而教师新专业文化中具有自觉性和合作性两大特征。从教师文化研究的新取向理解教师文化对于教师专业具有重要的意义,而教师自觉性和合作性专业文化的确立及其实践为我们重新认识和探索教师专业的特征开辟了一个新的角度。

Abstract:Teachers' culture is the value outlook and behavior mode that groups of teachers form and develop in their joint educational environment in school and teaching as for career group as a teacher who share idea and behavior. Teachers' culture as a special element of social culture has its unique characteristics different from other cultures. Since 1980s, the development of new teachers' specialty is confronted with the re-establishment of teachers' culture but there are two major characteristics such as consciousness and cooperation in the culture of new teachers' specialty. Understanding teachers' culture from new orientation of teachers' cultural research plays an important role in the specialty of teachers and the establishment and practice of teachers' conscious and cooperative specialty culture create a new point of view for the re-cognition and exploration of characteristics of teachers' specialty.
