| Abstract: | The worst natural environment of the multi-national areas in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai provinces, has brought about extremely unfavourable effects on the normal development of the national relationship in these areas, relationship not only within a particular nationality itself, but also between nationalities, among multi-nationalities and trans-provincial nationalities. It is an extremely urgent task to change and improve the natural environment of the multinational areas of these provinces. |
