| 摘 要： | 国内某些大型公共图书馆电子文献闲置,暴露了公共图书馆服务手段的跟进缺位。在网络信息环境下图书馆信息服务方式发生了从保管者到提供者、从单一文献向多媒体并存、从本馆收藏向无形态虚拟转变等六大变化,要求图书馆员也变成信息管理者、宣传者、导航者、信息资源建设者和信息利用教育者,图书馆员的素质培养应当重视自学、进修培训、学术讲座研讨、参观学习和定期岗位考核等方式。

| Abstract: | The digital literature left unused in some domestic large-scale public libraries exposed service insufficiency of public library.In the environment of network and information,the way of library information service had changed from books keeper to information provider,from one median to multi-media,from own collection to library without walls,etc.Therefore,librarian should become the information superintendent,the propagandist,the navigation,the information resource constructor and the pedagogue of information use.And the librarian should improve his quality in ways of attaching importance to self-study,advanced training,academic deliberating,visit and study,regular post examination and so on. |
