| 摘 要： | 国家间在信息安全领域的思维呈现出对抗性与合作性的二元特征。信息领域的政治化、核威慑和国际社会不平衡的相互依赖关系,决定了对抗性思维的存在;和平与发展的时代主题、信息社会发展的强大推力和非传统安全问题的＂倒逼＂,促使着合作性思维的发展。对抗性逐渐弱化,合作性不断加强,是二元思维的总体发展态势。

| Abstract: | The dual characteristics of confrontational and cooperation lies in thinking about national information security.The politicalization of information field,nuclear deterrence and the imbalances relationship between countries determines the existence of antagonistic thinking in the field of national information security.The epochal theme of peace and development,the strong driving force for the development of information society and the reversed transmission of non-traditional security problems promote the formation and the development of international cooperation.Gradual weakening in its confrontation and strengthening in cooperation is the basic trend of the development of binary thinking above. |
