茶叶中几种微量元素的测定与研究

摘    要:用原子吸收光谱仪,对茉莉花茶、毛尖绿茶、乌龙茶三种茶叶中铜、锌、铁、锰四种元素的含量进行了测定,结果表明了茶叶中含有较为丰富的微量元素,但不同种类的茶叶中所含微量元素中有一定的差异.实验中采用测定样品加标和回收率的测定,保证了数据的准确性和精密性.

Abstract:The contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn in wulong Rad Tea , maojian green Tea and moll color Tea had been determined with atomic absorption spectronhotometer in this paper. The results showed that there was high content of micro element in these three teas , but the contents are different in different kind of tea. All the experiments have high recovery, and the stander sample was tastad at the same time to test the accuracy of the experiment.
