| 摘 要： | 高校思政教育,对培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人起着重要作用,须通过全面落实素质教育以完成立德树人的培养目标.具体而言,高校思政课程的素质教育目标包括政治素质和科学人文素质,注重能力教育而非一般的知识教育.文章遵循价值导向研究思路,以素质教育理论为基点,围绕"如何提升高校思政课程育人效果"这一中心问题,以素质教育目标为主线、通识教育功能为辅线展开研究.
