| 摘 要： | 建构当代大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观实效评价体系,包含评价主体、评价客体、评价介体和评价环体“四大要素”,确立了客观性原则、主体性原则、整体性原则、动态性原则和可操作性原则“五大原则”,构建了内容标准、需要标准和实践标准“三大基本标准”,设置了“培育实效”和“践行实效”两大板块的考评内容。开展大学生社会主义核心价值观培育和践行实效评价,进一步指导和促进当代大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

| Abstract: | To construct the effective evaluation system of socialist core values for college students,"four major elements"--the evaluation subject,the evaluation object,the evaluation mediator and the evaluation ring body should be included;"five major principles"--the principle of objectivity,the principle of subjectivity,the principle of integrity,the principle of dynamism and the principle of operation have been established;"three basic standards"--content standards,required standards and practical standards built;two categories of evaluation contents--"cultivating effectiveness"and"practical effectiveness"set up.The evaluation of the socialist core values of college students and the evaluation of their practical effects are carried out;and the cultivation and practice of socialist core values by contemporary college students are further guided and promoted. |
