比较教育研究价值实现的社会条件与教育基础

摘    要:价值实现是比较教育研究的落脚点和最终目的,但比较教育研究的价值实现从来就不是一个自然和自发的过程,它需要一定的社会条件与教育基础。从理论上看,研究该问题有助于揭示比较教育价值实现的内在机理,也有助于构建比较教育价值论;从实践来看,研究该问题有助于充分发挥比较教育研究的实用性功能。全球化、国际化和一体化的国际背景为比较教育研究提供了新的社会基础和条件,也为其价值实现提供了新的更大可能性。一定社会的需求构成了比较教育学科产生和发展的动力源,并且社会需求的大小及强弱还在很大程度上制约与决定了比较教育研究价值实现的程度等。比较教育研究的价值是在比较教育的开放性与教育结构体系的开放性相契合的过程中实现的。同时,教育发展水平的差异性、认识和把握本国教育与比较对象国的教育、教育决策和教育政策制定过程中的科学化和民主化、对教育认识的提高及其优先发展战略地位的确立等也构成了比较教育研究价值充分实现的重要教育基础。

The Social Conditions and Educational Foundation of the Realization of the Value of Comparative Education Research
Abstract:Value realization is the essence and ultimate goal of comparative education research ,but it has never been a natural and sponta-neous process ,requiring a certain social condition and educational foundation .Theoretically ,the research helps to reveal the internal mechanism of the value realization of comparative education ,and also helps to construct the value theory of comparative education .From the point of prac-tice ,it will help to give full play to the practical function of comparative education research .The international background of globalization ,inter-nationalization and integration provides a new social foundation and condition for comparative education research and a new and greater possibil-ity for the realization of its value as well .Certain social demand is the power source for the generation and development of comparative educa-tion ,and the size of social demand still largely restricts and determines the degree of value realization of comparative education research .The value of comparative education research is realized in the process of the correspondence of openness of comparative education and the openness of educational structure system .At the same time ,the difference of the level of educational development ,the knowledge of the national education and that of the compared nation ,scientific and democratic performance in the process of educational decision-making and educational policy-making as well as the improvement of understanding of education and the establishment of its strategic position of priority development constitute the important educational foundation of the full realization of the value of comparative education research .
