| 摘 要： | 随着医学技术的迅猛发展，中专卫校应全面提高教学质量才能同社会需求相适应．而学生参与评价教师的课堂教学质量是评价整个教学质量的核心内容，也是教学管理的主要环节．将学生参与评教的资料在微机上进行统计处理，将其结果进行分析讨论，及时与教师反馈，有助于教师了解自己整体教学水平，以及不足之处，为优化教学过程提供科学依据，有利于提高教师课堂教学质量．

| Abstract: | A secondary nurses , school should improve teaching quality in an all-round way in order to fit in with needs of the society .It ,s a core of teaching quality that students have a hand in appraisal to teachers , classroom teaching quality.We analyse the data of students ,appraisal to classroom teaching quality by processing with microcomputer and the information is feedback to the teachers.It ,s conductive to know the overall strongpoints and shortcomings of teachers , teaching and provide scientific foundation for optimizing teaching process and is advantageous to improving the quality of classroom teaching. |
