摘    要:作为朝阳行业的食用菌产业,目前国内主要经营模式是农民散户栽培,普遍受染菌率高、产量不稳、菌类品质不稳定等因素制约.究其原因,除了设施投人不足外,人员素质偏低是重要因素.为此,将食用菌栽培课程纳人食用菌产区广大农村中学的教学计划,以系统学习食用菌理论及栽培技术,有利于提高食用菌栽培后备人才素质,以推动食用菌产业迅速健康发展.

Abstract:Main growing mode of edible fungus industry as a rising-sun trade in our country is at present farmers' family cultivation, which is often limited by some factors such as infection of bacteria, unstable output and fungus qualification and so on. The reason is that personnel qualities are relatively low besides not enough investment in facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to involve the course in edible fungus in the teaching plan in the most middle schools of the countryside area in Mindong so that it is favorable to improving qualities of mothball talented persons in edible fungus growth so as to promote the rapid development of edible fungus industry.
