| 摘 要： | 校企合作在我国蓬勃发展已有十多年,越来越多的高职院校把校企合作作为主要的办学模式,致力于培养实用型专业人才。对于财经类高职院校,应该注重培养实用型专业人才,将在校所学知识与当今社会相关联,时刻关注社会所需人才。这就需要高职院校教师在课堂上更加注重教学环节,因此需对财经专业教师在实践教学能力领域提出更加严格的要求。所以了解财经类专业教师实践教学能力的内涵,分析财经类专业教师实践教学能力的影响因素,并设计出有效的校企合作模式,对于高校财经类专业教师实践教学能力的提升具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | School-enterprise cooperation has been developing vigorously in China for more than ten years.More and more vocational colleges regard the school-enterprise cooperation as the main mode of running school and devote themselves to training practical professionals.For higher vocational colleges of finance and economics,it needs to attach importance to cultivating practical professionals,associate the knowledge learned in school with the current society,and pay close attention to the talent needed by society at all times.This requires higher vocational college teachers to pay more attention to teaching links in the classroom,so it is necessary to put forward more strict requirements for financial professional teachers in the field of practical teaching ability.Therefore,it is of practical significance to understand the connotation of practical teaching ability of finance and economics professional teachers,analyze the influencing factors of practical teaching ability of finance and economics professional teachers,and design an effective school-enterprise cooperation mode to promote the practical teaching ability of finance and economics professional teachers in colleges and universities. |
