| 摘 要： | 中国经济发展的新形势对英语人才的培养提出了新要求。高职院校的学生英语基础相对薄弱，学习能力较差。面对这一状况，激发高职学生的英语学习兴趣，培养学生的自主学习能力，成为高职英语教师的课题之一。在能力的培养过程中需要教师在尊重学生的同时采用多种教学手段和正确的学习策略，调动学生学习的主动性。帮助学生增强对英语的积极认知，明确学习目标，制定适合学生自身情况的学习计划，关注学生学习过程，帮助学生树立终身学习观，最终实现自主学习能力提升的目标。

| Abstract: | The new situation of Chinese economic development has put forw ard new request for the cultivation of English talents. Higher vocational college students＇ English foundation is relatively weak, and their learning ability is poor. In the face of this situation, stimulating students＇ interest in English learning and cultivating students＇ autonom ous learning ability have become one of the subjects of higher vocational English teachers. The cultivation of the ability requires teachers to respect students, at the same time it needs to adopt various teaching means and correct learning strategies, and mobilize students＇ learning initiative. It needs to help students enhance the positive recognition of English, clear learning objectives, work out the learning plan suitable for the condition of students, focus on students＇ learning process, help students set up the concept of lifelong learning, and finally achieve the goal of increasing autonom ous learning ability. |
