高职数控技术专业人才培养模式改革的实践

摘    要:近年来,高职教育迅速发展并初步形成了自己的特色,但也面临着一些问题,如培养目标不明确,课程内容设置不合理,就业率不高等。为解决这些问题,沈阳航空职业技术学院数控技术专业对该专业课程体系、实践技能培养、实训基地建设、教学模式、"双师型"教师队伍建设和学生就业指导等方面进行了改革,取得了一定成效。

Abstract:In recent years, higher vocational education has developed rapidly and formed its ow n characteristics, but also faced some problems: unclear training target, course content setting is unreasonable, the employment rate is not high. To solve these problems, numerical control technology major in the college has reformed its professional curriculum system, practical skills cultivation, practical training base construction, teaching mode, "double type" teachers' team construction and students employment guidance and so on, and has obtained certain achievements.
