| 摘 要： | 酒店信息操作系统已成为高级酒店管理中必不可少的管理软件。辽宁林业职业技术学院对该课程进行了改革：课程教学与酒店人才需求接轨，课程设计以工作任务为载体，进行英汉双语教学，融入企业元素，课程考核评价体现过程性与结果性相结合。旨在提高高职院校酒店管理前台信息技术应用教育教学质量，为酒店培养高级操作和服务人员。

| Abstract: | Hotel information operating system has become essential management software in the management of five-star hotels. Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College has reformed the course： the integration of course teaching with hotel talents requirement, the course design with task as the carrier, English-Chinese bilingual teaching, a blend of enterprise elements, course evaluation process with combination of process and result. It aims at improving teaching quality of hotel management foreground information technology application education in the vocational colleges and cultivating senior operating and service personnel for the hotel. |
